Response: Take responsibility for yourself. Give yourself a fresh start...don't expect someone else to do it for you. Ebay's DSR and TRS programs are punitive and damaging. SO diversify your business. Open several other online stores. Open your own e-commerce website.

Reduce your dependence on ebay through taking charge of your business. And no more thinking ebay 'should' help you...they won't.
